Prof. Roger Wallis and Dr. Lars-Erik Eriksson are two Swedish researchers who have been studying the impact of file sharing on the cultural sector, and the effects of today’s copyright.

Yesterday, they gave a lecture in the European Parliament under the title ”How can Europe’s Creators get a Fair Deal in the Digital World?”. The event was co-hosted by me and Lidia Geringer de Oedenberg from the Socialists & Democrats group.

The lecture is 90 minutes long and well worth listening to if you are interested in copyright reform.

Le professeur Roger Wallis et le docteur Lars Eriksson sont deux chercheurs suedois ayant étudié l'impact du partage de fichiers sur le secteur culturel, et les effets du copyright d'aujourd'hui.

Hier, ils ont fait une lecture (expliqué leur recherche) au Parlement Européen sous le titre "Comment les créateurs européens pourraient avoir un accord(commerce?) équitable dans le monde digital?". L'évennement étais co-hébergé (organisé?) par moi et Lidia Geringer de Oedenberg du groupe des Socio-démocrates.

Cette lecture dure 90 minutes est est très intéressante à écouter si vous êtes intéressés par la réforme du copyright.
